GDPR and making your website GDPR-compliant

General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR as it's better known, is an EU Law that came into place on the 25th May 2018. If you do not know what GDPR is and you work within a business that uses or stores data of individuals outside the business, you need to make yourself aware of what this means. Intergage is not a legal advice provider. Solicitors have been used in the creation of the documents below, but we would strongly recommend contacting a solicitor for updating your own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

In line with GDPR, we have updated our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and some of the functionality in the Content Management System.

We have updated our cookie functionality to ensure that you are able to provide users with a cookie banner that is in line with GDPR standards. Below is a link to the How-To Guide on updating your cookie banner. Please follow the instructions provided in the document. If you need assistance with the guide, please get in touch.
