This feature is also known as "bread crumbs" - because it is the trail your visitor leaves as they progress through your site.

It allows your site visitors to always be aware of exactly where they are in the site in relation to the page they are currently viewing. This is more useful to sites with a more complex navigation structure that may involve going down through several levels of menus.

Of course, like everything with Intergage, we provide you with the options so it is easy to switch on and off. You may decide not to have it to begin with but as your site grows you may find it useful to add in at a later date.

As well as deciding to have it or not you can make your "locator" into clickable links if you prefer, so that your site visitors can quickly and easily retrace their steps. Don't forget that your site navigation is the king pin of your Web site; the easier you make life for your visitors, the more feedback, leads and sales you will get.
