| Intergage is helping its clients to save time, money and the environment by sending them free Web cams to hold meetings online.
Intergage is strengthening its relationships with its clients by giving them the choice of holding meetings over the Web.
This means clients that have not previously been able to meet regularly with Intergage representatives can video-conference online with the team. |
 |
Previously, these meetings had not taken place due to travel and time constraints placed on the client as they went about their day jobs.
The initiative is being co-ordinated by Intergage client services manager Jim Perren and training & client support co-ordinator Corrie White, who are already seeing the results.
Jim and Corrie have already advised more than 40 businesses online in the last four months. Between them they have helped Intergage clients and colleagues to save more than 3,000 miles of travel - or the equivalent of four trees!
Jim said: "Running online meetings has meant that I have been able to see many more clients in a month.
"We're always focused on ensuring that our clients get a good return on their Web marketing budget and the analysis and advice I am able to give in our Web meetings is really adding value to our offering.
"This has made my time much more productive and the travel time savings have undoubtedly benefited our clients too."
The Web cams are being sent out to Intergage clients as their regular Web marketing progress reviews become due.
