I was first introduced to Intergage some 4 years ago and when the opportunity arose to join the team in 2007, I didn't hesitate. One of the major attractions was that I could identify with the company's core values of integrity, honesty and openness.
As an Internet Marketing Consultant I work with both existing customers and potential new customers at Intergage.
My role in New Business Development means that I am the first face that our new Dorset customers will see. My job is to ensure that new clients understand how the unique Intergage proposition works and the significant potential rewards that can be gained through working with us.
With existing clients I try and ensure that their Web site continues to meet their business goals, ensure that they know what to do next with their site and that it keeps evolving to generate better and better results.
Historically I have fulfilled a variety of roles within Sales and Service Management in various (often technical) industries. I have gained an appreciation of Customer Service, its delivery and the importance of fulfilling the expectations of the customer.
Within one of these roles I spent a year of my life living and working in Italy. The year was not quite long enough to fully master the language (most of which I've now forgotten) but it did give me the opportunity to experience living in a different culture and an appreciation of their food and wines.
On a personal note I was born and raised in South London and having fallen in love with Dorset as a child I took the opportunity to move down in the summer of 2000. My relaxation time is spent with my wife, our 4 cats, playing Golf and watching Football. |
