Prior to joining Intergage, Paul owned and ran businesses in sales recruitment and CRM software sales and held Sales Manager and Sales Director positions within New Media, IT and software companies.
As Managing Director of Intergage, Paul establishes the vision, recruits the people, sets the agenda, manages the Managers, establishes KPIs and still finds time to love customers. He spends a lot of his time working on new business too, helping to ensure that anyone thinking of working with Intergage understands our unique culture and approach to Web marketing.

Having been born in Africa and lived in Poole since the age of 4, Paul enjoys spending his weekends riding his motorcycle and trying to fish in the sea whenever possible. His greatest passion is rock music and he owns everything that AC/DC has ever produced!
