What is a Mobile SIte? Well, if you navigate to your website on your mobile you will probably notice a few things:
- Your page takes ages to load
- Images may be missing
- Your wonderful home page flash presentation is not shown
- You can't read a lot of it because it is just too small
This is why it is worth cosidering getting a specific sub-site designed for your mobile phone users. How do you know how many mobile phone users access your site? Look in Google Analytics under Visitors => Mobile Devices

If you have a sub-site designed for mobile it will be focussed on just the sort of information that a mobile user will be interested in. Contact details, key information upcoming events etc. Typically they contain only a few pages. Other benefits are
- Page load times are quick as the pages are typically much smaller.
- Drop down navigation is replaced by a simple 'easy to click' interface.
- We can choose appropriate technologies to ensure images and animations display correctly.
- The entire site is optimised for the small screen.
Several clients have asked us about setting up a mobile version of their website, that can be edited and managed through the Intergage CMS.
