Customer Services Executive

Background: 

 In 2001, I graduated from the University of East Anglia with a 2:1 degree in English Literature.. Following this, I entered the world of Advertising & Marketing as an in-house assistant and quickly developed the ability to work under pressure and towards strict deadlines. Several years later I decided to join a successful advertising agency. It was here that I first began to regard Web Marketing as an increasingly superior alternative to traditional print advertising. I studied for and passed the Google Advertising Professionals exam and was then responsible for introducing her clients to pay-per-click advertising and its unrivalled return on investment. In 2006, I joined Intergage as a Customer Service Executive.

I perform various roles within the customer services team at Intergage but am chiefly an in-house pay-per-click expert. I conduct pay-per-click consultation sessions with clients who need help with their Adwords campaigns and also hold pay-per-click workshops each month which are free to all subscription paying customers. I am committed to ensuring that all customers are as delighted as possible throughout their time with Intergage.

I love the outdoors and can often be found horse riding in the New Forest or relaxing on the beach at Bournemouth. I also enjoy festivals and going to see my favourite bands in concert. My guilty pleasures include the family KFC bargain bucket and Celine Dion....
