My name is Joanna Finn; I am the Office Manager for (Dorset) Ltd and am based in our Dorset offices. My role includes accounts, credit control, office administration and the housekeeping!
My role is to ensure that my colleagues can do their jobs effectively for our customers without having to concern themselves with the day-to-day administration, business facilities or credit control.
It is my aim to make our administration processes run very smoothly and painlessly for Intergage customers and colleagues alike. I like to think that I oil the wheels with excellent communication. I understand that all our communications with our customers are opportunities to reinforce the relationship between both parties. As part of the Intergage team I am determined to provide contribution to our customers' experience of the business as a whole.
I aim to ensure that our customers perceive our business administration as an excellent part of an overall package that is outstanding. Equally I know how important it is to balance the books to keep all our stakeholders on an even keel.
I have a wonderful family life and fantastic friends. I enjoy excellent health and raising funds for charity by undertaking sponsored activities including power-walking marathons.
Apparently I also have a reputation for telling filthy jokes hence the office nickname: Mrs. Filth!
