My primary responsibility is to ensure that our clients have an excellent experience once their Web site has gone live. Our clients first encounter me when I check if they are happy with the completed project. I will arrange their training and then assign them an Account Manager (which might even be me).
The Account Manager's job is to help the client through the next stages of the your web sites life. At some point most of our customers will need :
- Search Engine Optimisation
- Pay Per Click Services
- Web site look and feel make over
- New web sites
- Third Party Services
I am passionate about our clients making the most of their web sites through ongoing training and the web marketing seminars that we run.
I am a graduate in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from Sussex University; I have worked as an IT professional for the past fifteen years. Before joining Intergage in 2006, I worked in both pre- and post sales roles for a specialist IT distributor and in data quality software solutions. Five years ago I set up my own on-line business.
When I'm not "Intergaging" I'm often out in Poole harbour on a kayak, enjoying time with my family. |
