Jim's primary responsibility is to ensure that our clients have an excellent experience once their Web site has gone live. Our clients first encounter Jim when he checks if they are happy with the completed new Web site project. He will arrange their training and then assign them an Account Manager (which might even be Jim himself).
Jim is a graduate in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from Sussex University; he has worked as an IT professional for the past fifteen years. Before joining Intergage in 2006, Jim worked in both pre-sales roles for a specialist IT distributor and in data quality software solutions. Five years ago he set up his own online business.

Jim is our very own 'Action Man' having recently completed the 'Commando Challenge' for charity. At weekends he can often be found with his wife and children, enjoying activities on, in or near Poole Harbour.
