Prerequisites

Course attendees should have previously completed the Intergage Basics and Intergage Intermediate courses.

Length and Cost

This course is 90 minutes long and costs £75, but is free to Intergage subscription paying clients.

Overview

This course is designed for organisations considering starting ecommerce on their website. It is an introduction to what the capabilities of the Intergage Content Management System are for supporting ecommerce. The workshop will cover how to:

• Add and edit single products
• Import multiple products quickly
• Set and manage stock levels and messages
• Manage orders from purchase through to delivery
• Monitoring visitor behaviour to improve conversions

As part of this session you will be given access to the presentation materials. After this workshop any of the other Intergage training workshops are available to you.
