Feedback forms

Gathering visitor information is a crucial role of a Web site and feedback forms provide an easy method of doing this. Whether it is a simple "contact us" form through to an elaborate data gathering survey, with Intergage the process is quick and easy.

As with all of the Intergage tools, we do not set any limits. You can have as many feedback forms on your site as you need and within those forms you can collect as much information as you need. You build the form using a simple form builder tool. Every form is made up of individual components called fields. You choose the name of each field, you decide if the field is mandatory or optional, what the size of box is, what type of box is it (drop down, checkbox, text, email). You control it all - look at the example form below - it took two minutes to create with no technical know-how whatsoever.

To whom the completed form is e-mailed
The subject title of the e-mail when the form ends up in the recipients in-box
The next page the visitor sees once the form is completed
If the visitor needs to log on before submitting the form
