Overview
Eurac specialises in the casting, machining and distribution of brake discs. With an impressive client list comprising of some of the world’s largest and most prestigious car manufacturers the business needed a fresh, new website that allowed its customers to search and select products from its extensive catalogue efficiently.
The problem
The existing Eurac website had become dated and was providing little value to the Eurac customer base. As a business that is at the forefront of its industry, Eurac required a website that reflected its position and so Intergage was contacted to provide a fresh and innovative approach to its Web marketing.
The Intergage solution
At the most obvious level, Intergage completely overhauled the look and feel of the Eurac website, a process that was made up of several key components that allowed the design to flourish, including;
- Rebranding the business in a new, distinctive blue and black design
- Commissioning a professional photographer to produce striking new imagery for the website
- Redesigning the menu structure within the website, making a lot of information and products easy to navigate
- Distinctly showing the four companies that form the Eurac Group on the homepage, PDC, BAK, HPM and PBS, to avoid customer confusion.

However, as with all Intergage projects, this website isn’t just beautiful, it is extremely functional too. Behind this great looking website is a custom, searchable database tool that allows Eurac customers to search and select individual products from the Eurac factory.
Visitors to the Eurac website can search by car manufacturer or product code to find the item they are looking for and then see the full product specification online, to check it is suitable for the job before contacting the business.
This design and functionality combined with downloadable documents and the existing staff log-in area and ‘track your order’ functionality mean that the new Eurac website is always delivering outstanding customer service. The new website helps to ease the day-to-day administration levels for staff when handling demand for brake discs.
