That's why if you want to use e-mail marketing you'll definitely have to get 'opt-in' permission from your audience - and provide an opportunity for each member of that audience to unsubscribe from your bulletins at will.

The Intergage Content Management System (CMS) therefore provides you with all the tools to:

• enable your audience to sign up to e-mail information bulletins on your site
• enable your audience to unsubscribe or add to their subscriptions
• enable each audience members to provide you with their e-mail address and salutation - which is then stored on a database on your website - and give you permission to use them
• create personalised e-mail messages and deliver them quickly and elegantly to the section of your audience that has requested them
• Record who received which bulletins and when.
