Overview

Central Recruitment provides recruitment solutions to the legal and public sectors. The business required a Web presence that could not only attract clients and candidates through search engines but also provide a searchable vacancy database to match candidates to positions at a relatively low cost.

Intergage provided all of this and more in its role as Central Recruitment’s complete Web marketing partner.

The problem

Central Recruitment identified the need for a reliable, professional website that allowed it to upload and manage vacancies quickly and easily. A content managed website which the team could update with little training was identified as a possible solution. Such a solution would also allow the Central Recruitment team to add fresh content to the website, pushing it upwards through the Google search results.

Other key issues that needed to be addressed within the new Central Recruitment website included:

The Intergage solution

Intergage provided Central Recruitment with a two part solution that focused not only on the provision of a new website but also the tools to drive and convert website traffic into profitable new clients and candidates.

A content managed website

Intergage built a new website for Central Recruitment within its own unique Content Management System (CMS). The system not only allows Central Recruitment to manage both of its new websites (for public and legal recruitment) but also the vacancies displayed within them.

The Vacancy Manager within the CMS allows the Central Recruitment specialist legal recruiters team to upload vacancies and customise details for each individual position. Displaying vacancies on its own website allows Central Legal to save costs on using tools such as Broadbean and Itris. Jobs that are uploaded to the website also become instantly searchable, helping candidates to find the job for them by searching on the Central Recruitment homepage.   Central Recruitment Screenshot

The design of the two new Central Recruitment websites uses branding designed by the Intergage team and provides a clear, professional and easy to navigate online experience throughout. The business focuses primarily on the London area and so the imagery used within the new website was specially sourced to reflect this.

Driving and converting new clients and candidates

Providing Central Recruitment with a CMS website allows for the addition of fresh, relevant website content and pages. This is great for achieving high rankings on Google search results and attracting new website visitors. However, so many businesses find they do not always have the time to make full use of a CMS to create fresh, optimised content that will rank highly on search engines. Central Recruitment wanted to spend its time focusing on what it does best and so employed the Intergage team to manage its website updates and Search Engine Marketing.

Combining the CMS with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services from the Intergage Search Engine Marketing team has allowed Central Recruitment to increase the number of website visitors it is attracting. The Intergage CMS allows for the easy editing of page content, heading tags, meta descriptions and URL’s, and so when placed in the hands of the expert Intergage  team, great results have already been achieved.
