TestLink - a UK company famous for refurbishing ATMs - also has a significant business selling computers - specifically refurbished laptops by Toshiba.
 Launched in November 2011, the site built a great fanbase on Facebook during December using simple facebook applications - adding 1,000 Facebook "Likes" a week during the run up to Christmas in a campaign carried out by Intergage.
By advertsising to the fans of the page and the friends of these fans in Facebook, the site quickly built awarenesss and reputation. Sharing and conversation in the social network carried the company's message far and wide, meaning that sales followed.

We then utilised Twitter to boost word of mouth referrals and Google AdWords to tap into the demand for low cost machines on the run up to Christmas.
