In 2006 Intergage added 7 staff to its teams across Hampshire & Dorset. In 2007 the same sort of growth is planned again. Intergage (Dorset) Limited and Intergage Limited (the software development arm of the business) are now relocating to accommodate that future growth and to step up into offices that better reflect the status of the growing business.
"The new office provides Intergage with space to breathe and grow again", comments MD Paul Tansey. "The company has developed from a virtual start-up business 4 years ago into one of the country's largest providers of Web sites and Web site content management systems. With over 300 customers to manage and approaching 20 staff, our old offices were becoming restricting, he explains".
"It was one of our customers - Fineline Fabrications - who actually suggested the move to Holes Bay Park. Fineline had office space available and having been to our Dorset office on a particularly hectic day, suggested that we come over and check out the space available in one of their units", continues Tansey. When we did, we knew it was right and started planning the move immediately".
"At Intergage we believe in helping our customers get results from their Web sites, not just providing a Web site and fading into the background. One of the ways we do this is to continually educate and inform our customers about Web marketing. Now we have the space to hold both the educational seminars and training sessions that help our customers to get an edge over their competition, in-house, where required".
