Encompass Dorset, previously Dorset Residential Homes (DRH), is a registered charity providing specialist care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and people with enduring mental health needs across the Dorset area.
Encompass required a complete rebrand as well as the creation of core marketing collateral, messaging and an online presence.
By undertaking brand workshops, developing mood boards and maintaining collaborative interactions with the client, Intergage started by developing the Encompass logo and initial brand styling. A brand guidelines document was created to ensure consistency of use. The branding was informed by the target audience of the client and their unique selling points.
To form the basis of their communications, Intergage also developed and refined their core brand values that epitomised the ethos of Encompass. These brand values would form the basis of the messaging on both the marketing collateral and the website.
Once the branding and the messaging were in place, Intergage focused on the creation of core marketing platforms including printed material and a responsive website. The branding and the messaging were incorporated into the website design and content, while a blog was also added. This website was built to facilitate easy, intuitive navigation and optimum functionality across the site on all devices.
